By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, you ("the Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
- A booking is confirmed only upon our receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a confirmation (via email, SMS, or official receipt).
- You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and details provided at booking match your travel documents exactly (e.g., passport). We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
- Quotations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing and paid for.
- The person making the booking confirms they have the authority to do so on behalf of all travelers included in that booking.
